  Samantha Smith - Operations Support [Hilton Head Island]

Samantha graduated from Babson College in Wellesely, MA.  She moved to Beacon Hill and worked for John Hancock.  She has also worked for American Scandia and Jefferson Pilot Financial.  Today she assists The Smith Group with operations support, as well as being a community spokesperson for Smith.
Dale Cooper - Systems Development [Greensboro]

Co-Founder of VDN, Inc.  – Greensboro, NC based Internet Technology Company. 

Dale began his career as a Certified Public Accountant with Coopers & Lybrand.  He served in Senior Financial positions with a Fortune 50 Company and helped form an investment product company within that organization.  He moved to Asia to manage the Far East Division of that company. Upon his return from Asia, he developed new investment products for the company and oversaw the development, marketing and sales of those products which grew to over $5 Billion in assets under management. 

Dale has had numerous public speaking engagements and taught a business course at Greensboro Technical Community College.  Dale attended Indiana University and graduated from Indiana State University and Served in Vietnam with the United States Marine Corps.  He has a wife, 3 daughters and 5 grandkids.

 
Brent Fekete - Sales [St. Louis]

20 years sales experience in various industries, including 5 in the residential mortgage industry. As a mortgage loan officer, Brent was responsible for originating many types of home mortgages.  Acted as a liason between underwriting and the client to ensure that the loan process went smoothly and that all of the documentation was accounted for, so that the underwriting process could be completed on time.  Worked with the realtors through the entire process, by communicating their responsiblity through the process, ie coordinating inspections and other processes necessary for the completion of the loan process.  Networked with realtors, sharing the various loan programs that were available to their clients.

He assisted in the development and implementation of a national account sales division for Peer Bearing, the largest privately held bearing manufacturer in the United States.  He has owned two companies, as well as worked in the growth and development to two start up businesses.
 
Married to Lisa Fekete, four children Lauren 17, Jerrod 15, Nathan 11, and Allie 9.  Enjoy travel, golf, spending time with the family.
Heather Wells - Design & Development, VTAS Coordinator [Boston]

Michael Raymond - Marketing [Marin Country, California]

Michael has been involved since the launch of The Smith Group.  His creative concepts have been weaved throughout the company's marketing and sales processes and structures.

He is responsible for our broader telemarketing initiative across Smith's targeted U.S. markets.
